Building Systems

Building Systems

Our suppliers' building systems represent a step forward in the construction industry. The construction technology corresponds to strict requirements concerning the environment and energy consumption. Our buildings are distinguished, uniquely designed, provide a better quality of living and advanced architectural solutions.

Three basic Naturally Beautiful Homes building systems developed by our suppliers are:
solid timber wall, timer frame wall and glulam elements.

SOLID TIMBER WALL

Thick spruce timber panels are glued into a wall unit of required length and height. The glue used in these wall units is made without formaldehyde, does not release poisonous emissions into the environment. The glue seal is horizontal - hence the glued wall does not have a vapour barrier coat - allowing the wall to breathe.

  1. Glued solid wood wall
  2. Wood fibre insulation
  3. Wood fibre insulation
  4. Facade (ventilated of unvetilated)

TIMBER FRAME WALL

Pre-engineered timber frame construction is filled with insulation materials such as wood fibre, mineral wool, Styrofoam, glass, cellulose flakes, etc. depending on type and technical requirements of the build.

These large pre-engineered wall units are assembled on the building site. During the production process they are insulated, fitted with built-in doors and windows and a cladding/ façade of your choice. (wooden, brick, metal, stone, acrylic, glass, etc.) Both types of walls are available in a wide range of dimensions according to the structural stability and construction requirements of the building.

GLULAM

Glulam (laminated beams) is the natural alternative to steel or concrete. It is a natural structural material that is economical, strong, and attractive looking. Glulam is made by gluing together, under pressure and heat, laminates of timber that have been accurately planed. The resulting product is strong, stable, and corrosion proof with significant advantages over structural steel and concrete. It has been widely used in residential and commercial buildings due to its attractive look, versatility, durability, fire resistance and competitive pricing.
