The Four Main Stages of our Pre-Engineered Building Process:

1. Design approval by the end user and any regulating authorities
2. Building units are produced in a controlled environment- the walls are insulated, fitted with built-in doors and windows and come with prearranged façade
3. Transportation of the units to a final destination
4. Erection of the building to a watertight level in just few days

Concurrent activities compress overall project schedule.

While our team of engineers and craftsmen manufacture the building components, site work is occurring at the same time. This allows for earlier building occupancy and contributes to a much shorter overall construction period. This process often allows our buildings to be built in half the time of the conventional built, with the same life expectancy as traditionally built buildings.
